As part of a consortia, Urban Apostles is managing the development of a housing innovation precinct to test new models of community-led housing for Aotearoa New Zealand. Development includes approximately 170 homes and ground-level commercial tenants, and a number of options for communal amenity.
WATERLOO STATE SIGNIFICANT PRECINCT, SYDNEY
Since 2017, Urban Apostles has overseen urban strategy for one of the largest urban regeneration projects in Sydney’s history with a particular focus on innovation in retail, place making, sustainability, housing diversity and design excellence.
Hornsby town centre
Urban Apostles partnered with Cox Architects, WSP, Brickfield and Tract to support Hornsby Shire Council’s vision to revitalise Hornsby Town Centre into a ‘liveable, green and accessible centre that enhances public life for the community.’
Hunter Park, Newcastle
Urban Apostles served in an advisory capacity to Hunter and Central Coast Development Corporation and Venues New South Wales in support of the overall urban regeneration strategy for housing, retail, commercial and placemaking.
WESTMEAD INNOVATION DISTRICT, NSW
Stewarded by the Westmead Alliance and the NSW State Government, Urban Apostles partnered with Cox Architects and Deloitte to devise a masterplan, governance structure and economic development strategy for the emergence of a health-led innovation district.

Jason supported this project as Senior Project Manager supervising all aspects of development including master planning, contracts, feasibility studies, budgeting, entitlements, design and construction oversight.
